question, are the land area requirements excessive?
31.12 Basement (Joe) - Cellar vs basement, cross reference definitions.
Findings: Section 31.148: should ‘basement' be included? No; based on
31.73.
Section 42.02(h)(1): ground floor space....should ‘cellar' be included
in the excluded space? Yes.
31.18 Building Addition (Larry) - Limited to "enclosed" space
