** 817-14A by Charles & Linda Tompkins of North Rose, NY for the property at 5540 Fifth Road to build 16' x 20' addition on your existing structure. Town of Huron Zoning Law Section 42.02 (a) requires all structures in the A5A District to have a 50' front and side yard setbacks unless a variance is granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
819-14A by Nancy Boorsma of Fairport, NY for the property at 7475 Phelps Avenue is requesting to replace her existing dock. Section(s) involved are 4.2.2 & 4.1 of the Town of Huron Dock & Mooring Law. Section 4.2.2 requires any non-conforming dock or pier that is being replaced shall be reconstructed in compliance with Section 4.1 which requires a 10' side setback from adjacent property line projection unless a variance is granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
