821-15A by Robert Willard of Webster, NY for the property at 7656 Rose Avenue would like to build an addition to his existing garage and add a bedroom over existing garage. Section 42.02(a) of the Town of Huron requires all structures in the "Resort District" to comply with the 75 ft. front yard, 10 ft. side yard and 25 ft. rear setbacks unless they are approved a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals; and Section 46.90 of the Town of Huron Zoning law states that any structure or building alteration, expansion, relocation, construction or extension of use to an existing structure building or lot not conforming to dimensional requirements shall not be allowed unless a variance is approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
822-15A by Thomas Wetherby of Wolcott, NY for the property at 8116 West Port Bay Road would like to add a 4 ft. addition and a 2nd floor to his existing cottage.
