The Town of Huron Zoning Law Section 4.6.1.12 Alterations, Expansion, Relocation and Extensions to a Building, Structure or Lot Not Conforming to Dimensional Requirements. Any structure or building alteration, expansion, relocation, construction, reconstruction, or extension of use, to an existing structure, building or lot not conforming to dimensional requirements of this law in the Resort district shall not be allowed unless granted a Variance by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
