New Applications:
1043-21A by Kevin Fowler of Oswego, NY for the property at 7437 Park Ave. to place a 6’ privacy fence on your property that will be 2-3’ from the property line. The Town of Huron Zoning Law Section 4.2 Schedule of regulations & 4.2.2.1 a 6’ foot high fence in the Resort District requires a 10 ft. side yard setback and a 25’ rear yard unless granted a Variance by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
1045-21SP by David & Michelle Gipner of Fairport, NY for the property at 9397 Tosch Rd. to add a second storage structure on your property. The Town of Huron Zoning Law Section 4.2 Schedule of Regulations requires storage structures in the Resort district to be allowed if a Special Permit is granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
