New Applications:

1044-21A by Jeffrey Sciortino of Rochester, NY for the property at 7198 Sunrise Dr., Eagle Island to install a 130’ permanent dock and seasonal boat lift. The length and square foot area of the proposed dock exceeds the limits of the Town of Huron’s Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP). The proposed dock and seasonal hoist must be approved by a Variance granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

1047-21SP by Sally Woods of Pittsford, NY for the property at 6660 Ann Lee Dr. to allow for Short-Term Residential Rental Use. The Town of Huron Zoning Law Section 4.5.2 states that rental of an otherwise legally permitted dwelling, cottage or cabin for periods of two weeks or less, during which rental period the property owner or manager does not reside in the structure, shall not be permitted unless granted a Special Permit by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

1048-21SP by Christopher Sarver of North Rose, NY for the property at 6313 Bayshore Rd. to build a 30’ x 60’ pole barn. The Town of Huron Zoning Law Section 4.2 Schedule of Regulations requires a storage structures in the Resort district to be allowed if a Special Permit is granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.

1049-21SP by Thomas & Elizabeth Servoss of North Rose, NY for the property at 6628 Ann Lee Dr. to allow for Short-Term Residential Rental Use. 1050-21SP by Patrick Coleman of Wolcott, NY for the property at 8241 East Bay Rd. to build a 16’ x 24’ addition to the 10’ x 20’ previously approved storage structure. The Town of Huron Zoning Law Section 4.2 Schedule of Regulations requires all storage structures in the Resort district to have a Special Permit and 4.2.2.1 Schedule of minimum areas and yards requires all storage structures in the Resort district to have a minimum of 75’ front yard setback unless granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
