Keith Smith moved,
seconded by Larry Lockwood to approve the September 14, 2020 minutes. 3 were in favor and George Steffler abstained due
to his absence.
New Business:
Review
of the sketch plan for Bay Shore Heights proposed subdivision.
Bob
Lannon presented the updated site plan for the Bay Shore Heights subdivision
for the Planning Board's review.
Roger
Gallant discussed the project and how it differs from the original Bay Shore
Heights subdivision plans approved by the Panning Board in 2006. A public
hearing will be scheduled.
Other Business:
Election
of Officers - Chairman: Tiffany Smith was nominated by Keith Smith and elected
on motion by Keith Smith and seconded by George Steffler. All in favor. Vice Chairman: George Steffler was nominated
by Tiffany Smith and elected on motion by Larry Lockwood and seconded by Keith
Smith. All in favor.
Wayne
County Planning Board: Larry
Lockwood attended some meetings electronically and informed the Board of the
discussions at the meeting; nothing relating to the Town of Huron.
Adjournment: A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Tiffany
Smith, seconded by Keith Smith. All in favor; meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
