Call to Order
Supervisor Laurie Crane called a special meeting of the Huron Town Board to order on June 28, 2012 at 4:30 p.m.

Supervisor Crane led the flag salute.
Roll Call
The following members were present: Councilmember David Buisch, Lois Buckalew, Alan Traister and Supervisor Laurie Crane.
RESOLUTION # 89 -2012
Resignation of Planning and Zoning Board Clerk
On motion of Councilmember Buckalew, seconded by Councilmember Buisch the following resolution was ADOPTED- VOTE AYES-4 NAYS-0.
RESOLVED, The Town Board will accept the verbal resignation of Planning and Zoning Board Clerk, Patty Murphy.
RESOLUTION #90 -2012
Ad for Planning and Zoning Board Clerk
On motion of Councilmember Buisch, seconded by Councilmember Buckalew the following resolution was ADOPTED - VOTE AYES-4 NAYS-O.
RESOLVED, following a written resignation of the present employee, the Town of Huron will advertise in the Shopper and Wayne County Times for a period of one week for the position of Planning and Zoning Board Clerk. The deadline for applications will be July 16, 2012 at noon.
RESOLUTION #91 -2012
Professional Services for Crescent Beach Sandbar
On motion of Councilmember Buisch, seconded by Councilmember Traister the following resolution was ADOPTED- VOTE AYES-4 NAYS-0.
RESOLVED, The Town of Huron will proceed with professional services by MRB for Crescent Beach regardless of wording of ownership of information.

Councilmember Buisch moved, seconded by Councilmember Traister to adjourn at 4:45 p.m.
