Call to Order
Supervisor Laurie Crane called a special meeting of the Huron Town Board to order on December 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.

Supervisor Crane led the flag salute.

The following members were present: Councilmember David Buisch, Lois Buckalew, Alan Traister, Russell Teeple and Supervisor Laurie Crane.
RESOLUTION #177-2012
Permission for Year End Transfers
On motion of Councilmember Buckalew, seconded by Councilmember Traister the following resolution was ADOPTED- VOTE AYES-5 NAYS-0.
RESOLVED, Supervisor Crane has permission to transfer money between accounts to ensure no account is overdrawn in year-end closing.
RESOLUTION #178-2012
New Paper Folding Machine
On motion of Councilmember Buisch, seconded by Councilmember Buckalew the following resolution was ADOPTED-VOTE AYES-5 NAYES-0.
RESOLVED, a Martin Yale Premier Paper Folder Model#1611 will be purchased from WB Mason at a cost of $775.95 with the money to be taken out of A1620.471.
Letter from NYMIR
After performing an underwriting survey of the Huron Municipality, NYMIR made the following recommendations;

The municipality should maintain a log of highway sign inventory and their location.

MVR's should be secured (annually and at time of hire) for all municipal drivers.

The municipality must have Form I-9 on file for all employees.

The wall mounted light fixture at the front entrance to Town Hall must be repaired.

The exit at the old Town Hall on Lummisville Rd must be identified with an exit sign.
These recommendations will be addressed. No employee will be permitted to work without a Form I-9 on file.
Preconstruction Meeting for Huron Water District No. 5 North Geneva Rd Pump Station
Councilmember Teeple will be attending the Preconstruction Meeting for the Huron Water District No. 5 North Geneva Pump Station on January 4, 2013 @ 9am. The meeting will be held at Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority Offices, 3377 Daansen Rd, Walworth, NY 14568. This is MRB project No. 230093-96.

MRB Meeting
On motion of Councilmember Teeple, seconded by Councilmember Buckalew the following resolution was ADOPTED- VOTE AYES-5 NAYES-0.
RESOLVED-Supervisor Crane was given permission to attend MRB Meeting on January 10, 2013.
