Call to Order
Special
Meeting of the Huron Town Board was called to order by Supervisor Philip Eygnor
at the Huron Town Hall on March 19, 2020 at 1:00 pm.

Roll Call
Upon
roll call the following members were present: Supervisor Philip Eygnor,
Councilmembers’ David Buisch, Bob Cahoon, Richard Reyn and Russell
Teeple.
Others Present

Inspector Roger Gallant and Highway Superintendent Gerritt Reyn.
Welcome
Supervisor
Eygnor welcomed everyone and thanked them for coming.
Remote
Access for Account Clerk
Supervisor
Eygnor presented the Account Clerk’s request for Remote Access, Internet Access
and a printer at home. After careful
consideration it was decided there was no need since the building is closed to
the public and the Account Clerk can isolate her office/workspace and environment.
RESOLUTION #47-2020
Access to Town Hall
On motion of Councilmember Teeple,
seconded by Councilmember Buisch the following resolution was ADOPTED – AYES 5
NAYS 0.
RESOLVED, that the Town Hall
closed to the public, can be accessed by essential workers Monday – Wednesday
from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Account Clerk may work from 1:00 p.m.
until work is done Monday – Wednesday, however not exceed 20 hours per week.
Highway Hours
Following discussion of concerns for
coverage of highway work, the Highway Superintendent will schedule work as needed. However, in general, the workforce will be temporarily
reduced by 50%, scheduling 2 to work on alternating weeks, with compensation
for the off-time scheduled.
